  I was so excited for this store. I was really rooting for it. But I just had to walk out because of terrible service. I walked to the wig counter knowing exactly what hair I wanted but the woman behind the counter was acting like she didn't want to help me. Every time I asked a question she would give me an unhelpful answer and walk away. I asked if they had the specific color I wanted she said not really and walked away. I found her and said I have a few I want to see from behind the counter. She got one for me, told me the colors and walked away. She never asked if I wanted to try, if I needed help, what I was looking for, nothing. I asked her to try it, she brought it down gave me a cap and walked away. By that time I was so annoyed I just walked out. I'm really disappointed because I really wanted to spend my money there but the terrible attentiveness of the staff changed my mind. I'll stick to my regular wig shop.
