  I'm giving 1 star becouse that's the lowest. The most terrible costumer service I've ever had. They sold me a Verizon phone instead of a ATT one and they mentoined that it will work just fine. I've got problems with 4G/LTE during mostly of the day and went next day to return it and get an ATT one. Their Asst. Manager, who's name is Michael Mitchell, told me that I have to pay $35 restock fee if I need my phone replaced, even if there was their fault in the first place. After I was trying to get an appointment with the Manager or a District Manager because he was being rude, he told me again if I want my phone replaced I have to pay or I should leave the store. I was so suprised, and tried once again to get any contact informations or a time when the manager will be at the store, he told to call "800-Coorporate" and grabed the phone to call the security of the mall. It was the most terrible experience I had in any store that I've been. For that asst. manager I've also made an complain at the Best Buy offices and still waiting for a reply. I've did what I could to tell other people to not go anymore at this store, or in any other stores of Best Buys all around. STAY AWAY!!!!!
