  I found that both the mgr (Taylor) and technician (Josiah) who presented the security system to us and then installed it were extremely professional and very easy to work with. They both worked to give us the absolute best system system possible at a very reasonable price. MY wife and I are quite pleased with the system and the Defenders Personnel who came to house. Also, when we we had a couple procedural things to cover about the system startup that involved calling the ADT Monitoring Dept., I was surprised and quite pleased at the immediate response and helpfulness of those people involved at that end. Very Professional operation!
