  I haven't even picked up my new phone yet and i couldn't help but to leave a comment about this store and their employees. The people are super knowledgeable as well as very professional and did everything they could to resolve my issue and did a much better job of explaining the problem than i ever could. Turns out the phone had to be replaced, but i trust entirely the advice i received and i have worked with at least 3 of the people at this store with each of them being extremely courteous. This is just something you don't see anywhere...at least in the east coast/New England area and I am highly impressed and i would do business with them again and highly recommend them.
